This place completely butchered my hair. I asked for a long asymmetrical bob and ended up with the most unblended shag cut. I informed them that I hated the outcome and that a shag wasnt what I asked for or even remotely close. The response was that we can wait for it to grow out and sorry it didnt meet your standards. I was also still charged the full amount for the cut. I ended up having to go somewhere else to get it fixed and all the stylist there were appalled. I ended up having to have another salon bring my hair to chin length instead of shoulder just to fix it. What I asked for is the last photo.

I love going to Criss Cross! Natalie always does my hair beautifully, and gives the best advice on how to help my hair out!! I never go anywhere else anymore, it is my go to.

I went in for a spray tan today. The lady made me feel so comfortable. They were all really nice. I even had my 5 year old daughter with me. My daughter sat in the lounge area to wait for me and when I came out she was coloring with one of the workers. She said I kinda made a big parent friend. 🖤 I will definitely go back!

Tracey did a great job. I had a really good experience wt the haircut,hair washing, balayage and conversation during it all. I will be returning time and time again and telling my friends about this salon. Highly recommend it.
